The best way to see what is wrong (if anything is wrong), is to check our status page. Reaching out via email and/or social media may help, but it may not result in a timely response.

Here’s some additional tips:

  • Restart/reboot your device
  • If using a mobile device, ensure your internet connection is stable
  • If using a desktop device, consider using VLC!

Please do not email about a software endec going offline. There may be reasons why this happens; we get emails when it happens already!

Are you monitoring for alerts for an ENDEC?

If you haven’t already, please make sure your VLC is on single track loop (the one with the 1 inside it). If not, during a restart, you may be disconnected from the stream, and it will not reconnect
